For young people, being home alone can be scary. This course will teach them what to do and what not to do when they are home without adult supervision. Included are tips on how to hide the house key, call for help during an emergency, answer the door and handle non-emergency phone calls. The Red Cross does not endorse leaving children home alone, but recognizes that this does happen.
